Use the WordPress Customizer to customise the Homepage: navigate to Appearance > Customize > Homepage > Homepage Order.
Choose your preferred layout by dragging and dropping the labels in the Customizer to reorder the blocks.
Hide the blocks you don’t need by clicking on the eye on the side of the labels to grey them out.
